Area Call Forward — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026

Area Call Forward (“the app”) is designed to be private by default. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.

Information we collect

We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The app has no servers, no analytics, and no advertising.

Information stored on your device

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent anywhere:

This data is removed when you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it.

Location

The app uses your device location — including in the background — solely to detect when you enter or leave the area you defined, so it can turn call forwarding on or off automatically. Your location is never stored off your device, transmitted, or shared with anyone.

Telephony

To enable or disable call forwarding, the app sends standard call-forwarding (USSD/MMI) codes to your mobile carrier using Android’s telephony APIs. These requests go to your carrier’s network and are governed by your carrier’s own privacy policy.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL.
