Privacy Policy

Snake Rush

Effective date: August 21, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Snake Rush (the “App”) handles information. We designed the game to collect as little data as possible. If we ever need additional information, we’ll ask you first.

Summary

  • We do not require an account.
  • We do not collect personal data like your name, email, or contacts.
  • Gameplay data (like high scores and settings) is stored on your device.
  • Optional, privacy-friendly analytics may be used to improve the game. You can opt out at any time.

Information We Collect

1) Data stored on your device

The App stores minimal data locally—such as settings, progress, and high scores. This data never leaves your device unless you back it up or share it.

2) Optional analytics (if enabled)

We may use anonymous, aggregated metrics to understand basic usage (e.g., session length, feature popularity, crashes). These metrics do not include your identity or precise location.

Note: If your build does not include analytics, this section does not apply.

Permissions

The App typically does not request sensitive permissions. If a permission is requested in the future (for example, for optional features), it will be used only for its stated purpose and will be optional where possible.

Third‑Party Services

Some versions may include third‑party services such as crash reporting or analytics. Where used, those services process information under their own policies. Examples include:

  • Google Play Services
  • Crash reporting (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics)
  • Anonymous analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics or privacy‑focused alternatives)

Service usage may vary by build or region. You can opt out of analytics inside the App (where offered) or via your device settings (e.g., “opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android).

Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for a general audience but is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights & Choices

  • Opt out of analytics: If analytics are included, use the in‑app toggle (if provided) or your device settings.
  • Access / delete local data: You can clear the App’s storage from your device settings to remove local data like high scores.
  • Regional rights: Depending on your location (e.g., EEA, UK, California), you may have additional rights. Contact us to exercise them.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

International Transfers

If third‑party services process data outside your country, protections appropriate to that transfer will apply (for example, standard contractual clauses, where applicable).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect improvements or legal requirements. We’ll update the “Effective date” above and, when changes are material, we will provide additional notice inside the App.
